Percussion

Baker Drumline and Pit (Front Ensemble) are the percussive force behind the Baker Marching Band. The Drumline consists of marching snare drums, tenor drums, bass drums, and cymbals. The "Battery" will be the marching unit for the marching band and will also perform for all pep rallies and other school events. The Pit Front Ensemble  consists of all keyboard instruments, auxiliary percussion and electronics. Our Percussion Instructor is Colin Beasley, a graduate of Baker High School and alumni of the band program. Members are selected by audition only. Drumline and Front Ensemble auditions are held in April.
